(UNDATED) - U.S. Attorneys from Kentucky and southern Indiana announced a large drug-trafficking bust on Friday.
Officials say that after a yearlong investigation with several agencies, 16 people have been arrested and accused of trafficking meth.
More than 13 pounds of meth, 200 pills, heroin, and 21 guns including assault rifles, were seized during the raid on Thursday.
The indictments say the ring-leader, Billy Sears, would receive the drugs from Louisville natives Clifton Jones and Gregory Churchill, and would then distribute it to other dealers.
The suspects face up to ten years in prison.
