"Providing customers with additional resources to help guide them through this tax season is just one part of our ongoing push to deliver excellent customer service to Hoosiers," said DOR Commissioner Adam Krupp. "By making information readily available online, it allows 24/7 access and reduces overall call wait times for customers."
