(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Sheriff’s Association will again be awarding college scholarships to qualified high school seniors and college students who are pursuing a degree in criminal justice studies.
There will be approximately forty $500 scholarships awarded to students throughout the State of Indiana.
To qualify for one of these scholarships, applicants must be an Indiana resident, and be a current member of the Indiana Sheriff's Association, or a dependent child or grandchild of a current member of the association.
Applicants must also attend an Indiana college or university, major in a law enforcement field and enroll as a full-time student.

Applications are available at local sheriff's offices and local high schools.
Applications can also be downloaded from the Indiana Sheriff's Association website.
Completed applications must be received by the Indiana Sheriff's Association on or before April 1st.
