(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana is the second state in the country to formally declare it will require some people on Medicaid to work.
Governor Eric Holcomb says he will change the Healthy Indiana Plan to require able bodied men and women to either work, volunteer, get job training, or go to school.
The governor says there are almost 90 thousand open jobs in the state.
But critics say the idea is not to put people to work, but to strip them of their healthcare for not working
