(UNDATED) - The dog food you have in your pantry could contain a drug used to euthanize animals.
Smucker's is recalling cans of Kibbles 'N Bits, Gravy Train and Ol' Roy after some of them tested positive for pentobarbital.
The company has apologized and says the food is not up to their standards.
What it hasn't done is explain how the drugs wound up in the food in the first place.
Federal law prohibits pet food companies from using meat from euthanized animals in their products.
