(INDIANAPOLIS) - Several state lawmakers are vowing to pass a CBD oil bill this session.
State Senator Michael Young of Indianapolis authored legislation to legalize the cannabis-derived oil and he says they aren't leaving without a bill.
Currently, there are minor differences between bills in the House and the Senate, and both aim to legalize cannabidiol, commonly referred to as CBD oil.
Governor Eric Holcomb has also voiced a desire to sign a CBD oil bill into law, but says he wants it to include detailed labeling requirements.
