(INDIANAPOLIS) - The special session legislators knew was coming has now been scheduled.
Legislators will return on May 14th to pass four bills which died when the clock struck midnight on the regular session, including one to have Ball State take control of the Muncie schools.
That's a step beyond the emergency loan Governor Holcomb has called for, but Senate President Pro Tem David Long says Holcomb's given his personal assurance he'll support the takeover.
Each day of the special session costs 30-thousand dollars, but Holcomb says he's confident they can finish everything in one day.
