(ILLINOIS) - An Illinois woman wants a judge or a jury to decide how much candy should go into each box of Junior Mints.
Paige Stemm's lawyers filed the suit last week against Tootsie Roll, who makes Junior Mints.
The lawsuit says the company's theater box is too big, and tricks people into thinking they are getting more candy.
Stemm's lawyers are asking for class action status.
