(INDIANAPOLIS) - MDwise was named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Health Products and Services category in the 16th Annual American Business Awards®.
MDwise earned the award based partly on feedback received in a member survey conducted by the organization. In the survey, 97 percent of members said they would recommend MDwise to a friend or family member. Additionally, the award was based on the customer service team's outstanding successes in meeting or exceeding all state requirements.
"Our customer service team is truly the voice of MDwise," said Lindsey Lux, vice president of operations at MDwise. "They ensure that our customer experience is positive and helpful, which contributes greatly to our company success. I could not be prouder of our team's dedication to excellence."
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in this year's American Business Awards. More than 200 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year's Stevie Award winners.
