(MONROVIA) - A Statewide Silver Alert has been canceled for a missing Monrovia woman.
Earlier - The Morgan County Sheriff's Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Monrovia.
Carrie Lynn Dolacki is an 58 year old white female, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 177 pounds, brown hair/possibly bald, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing pink beanie hat, dark blue coat, pink flowered tee shirt, light blue jean capri pants, and black tennis shoes.
She was last seen Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 12:23 am in Monrovia, Indiana and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
