(MUNCIE) - To kick off the yearlong commemoration of Ball State University’s 100th anniversary, Ball State has put up banners on Shafer Tower, the tennis court and other places on campus.
We are inviting the community and alumni to our Centennial Birthday Celebration.
On June 15, the University will close at 2 p.m. so that faculty, staff, and students can join us on the Quad for: free commemorative Centennial T-shirts free cake and ice cream music lots of fun, games, and prizes, including a cupcake decorating contest, yard games, family reunion style competitive games (three-legged race, balloon toss, egg/spoon relay, and can jam), and Ball State trivia game.

The date of this event was chosen to recognize June 17, 1918--the day Ball State first accepted student registrations.
