New Road to Ease Traffic Congestion Near Holiday World

(SANTA CLAUS) - A new way to avoid heavy traffic near Holiday World is being provided to those who live in and around Santa Claus.

A new road is being added to connect Highway 162 with Highway 245.

It's a project valued at over $1 million and is funded mostly be federal grant money.

The road is expected to be open in either the fall or winter.
