Delores Albright of Mitchell, known to friends and family as Lori passed away Saturday evening at Bloomington Hospital at the age of 72.
Born in 1937 in Lawrence County to parents Ralph and Ruth (Vaught) Ritchison she had been married to Kenneth S. Albright since 1996, was employed at Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center and Terry’s 66 Service.
She was a member of the Orleans Church of Christ and was a graduate from Mitchell High School in the class of 1955.
She is survived by her husband; daughters, Ruthie Pruitt, Susan Bridges, Rebecca James and Wendy Smith; stepdaughters, Ricki Albright, Rhonda Gilbert, Rebecca Waggoner and Robin Drew; as well as several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Esther Goldsberry, Paul Ritchison, Margie Simpson, Don Ritchison and Patty Ritchison.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 11th at 7:30PM in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4:00PM until the hour of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
A graveside service will also be held at 11:00AM on Friday at Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
