Steven E. Russell of Bedford passed away Saturday evening, March 13th at his home at the age of 57.
Born in 1952 in Mitchell to Noble A and Cora Marie (Wagoner) Russell, he was retired from trucking and most recently drove for Older Americans Services Corporation.
He is survived by his companion, Patricia Guthrie; five children, Stephany and Aaron Carr, Melanie and Robbie Edmondson, Frances Russell, Elaine Carty, Steven L. and Laura Russell; as well as several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, David Oscar Silva; five siblings, Donald Russell, LeRoy Russell, Jeffrey Russell, Alice Collins and Peggy Russell.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 18th at 1:00PM with burial to follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 17th from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at Ferguson – Lee Funeral Home.
