Ada Marie Haley of Bedford passed away Monday morning, March 22nd at Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 82.
Born in 1928 in Bedford to parents J. Arthur and Lillie M. (Rodler) Beedie, she had been married to Robert J. Haley since 1946.
Ada was retired from General Motors, attended the Free Methodist Church, enjoyed U.A.W. She is survived by three daughters, Debra Parkes and her husband William, Janett Haley-Stapp and her husband, Tim and Barbara Sylvester and her husband Gary; as well as several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one sister, Barbara Slinkard; as well as three brothers, Jack, Norman and John Beedie.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 25th at 11:00AM in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00PM until 8:00PM on Wednesday, March 24th and from 9:00AM until the hour of service on Thursday, March 25th at the funeral home.
