Easter Todd Faubion – Heltonville
Easter Todd Faubion of Heltonville passed away on Sunday, March 13th at Dunn St. Vincent Hospital at the age of 94. Born in 1916 in Lawrence County to John S. and Della Todd, she had been married to Richard R. Faubion since 1936, was a homemaker and was a member of the Heltonville Methodist Church. She is survived by one son, Jack Faubion; two daughters, Susan Norman and Margaret Faubion; one daughter-in-law, Connie Faubion; one sister, Alice Kraus as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sons, Robert G. and Richard Faubion; one sister, Ellen Garland and one brother, Raymond Todd. Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, March 17th at Gilgal Cemetery with burial to follow. Visitation will be from 10:00AM until 1:30PM on Thursday at Day & Carter Mortuary.
Paul Andrew Love – Bedford
Paul Andrew Love of Bedford passed away on Monday, March 14th at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital at the age of 83. Born in 1927 in Bedford to Crook and Rose Love, he had been married to Phyllis Hall since 1950, was an advertising Representative at the Bedford Times Mail, was a graduate of Bedford High School in the class of 1945, was a United States Army Veteran, was a member of the Englewood Baptist Church, American Legion, Gillen Post #33, B.P.O.E. Elks #826 and the Bedford Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife; three sons, Larry Love, Mark Love and Bradley Love; one daughter, Karen Cummings; several grandchildren as well as one sister, Erma Bridwell. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Cletus, Doyle, Floyd and Dale Love; as well as one sister, Ruby Owen. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, March 17th at Ferguson – Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00PM until 8:00PM on Wednesday, March 16th at the funeral home.
Elizabeth New – Oolitic
Elizabeth New of Oolitic passed away on Monday, March 14th at her residence at the age of 88. Born in 1922 in Kentucky to Lee and Beulah Hollars, she had been married to Charles New since 1946, was a homemaker, attended the Oolitic Pentecostal Church and was a current member of the New Life Trinity Holliness Tabernacle. She is survived by her husband; one son, Barry New and his wife, Mary Lou; one daughter, Rita Barnes and her husband Dean; several grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Flynn and Lena Covey; one brother, Orval Hollars; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Ed, Andy and Odis Hollars and one grandson, Robert New. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, March 17th in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow in Hilltop Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00PM until 8:00PM on Wednesday, March 16th and from 10:00AM until the hour of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
