Pearl Ann Wright – Oolitic
Pearl Ann Wright of Oolitic passed away on Friday, April 8th at I.U. Health Hospital at the age of 45. Born in 1965 in Linton to Bill and Frances Phipps, she had been married to Ron Wright since 1989, was an embroiderer at Four Seasons Sports and attended East Oolitic Christian Church. She is survived by her husband; four brothers, Terry Vincent, Perry Vincent, James Vincent and Mark Vincent; one sister Anita Watson and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, April 13th in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow in Patton Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 8:00PM on Tuesday, April 12th at the funeral home.
Connie Elaine Baldwin – Bedford
Connie Elaine Baldwin of Bedford passed away on Saturday, April 9th at her residence at the age of 65. Born in 1945 in Bedford to Clarence Ephriam and Jessie Marie Covey, she had been married to James Dale Baldwin since 1977, was retired as an assembly line worker for RCA, was a member of the New Union Church, was an avid bowler and was a member of the U.S. Bowling Congress and the Senior Bowling League. She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Audra Baldwin; one brother, Clarence Covey and his wife Judy; step-children, James Baldwin and his wife Taresa, Marta Lake, Toby Baldwin, Edward Baldwin and his wife Twila, Shirley Terrell and her husband Mark; as well as several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, April 12th in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial to follow in the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 11:00AM until the hour of service at 2:00PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
