Loretta L. Arnold – Mitchell
Loretta L. Arnold of Mitchell passed away on Tuesday, May 24th at Mitchell Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 78. Born in 1933 in Lawrence County to John and Blanche Hall, she had been married to Jackie Lee Arnold since 1953; had been employed at Trav-Lers, Essex, Spring Mill Inn, and Mitchell Icecream Shop and was also a member of the Red Hat Society. She is survived by her husband, Jackie Lee Arnold; children Cathy Anderson, Tammy Malot, Troy Johnston, Jeramie Arnold and Stephanie McCameron; several grandchildren; brothers, Vertis Hall and Delmont Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Timothy Arnold and Joey Arnold; brothers, Bob Hall and Lloyd Hall; and one grandson. Funeral service will be held at 10:30AM on Friday, May 27th in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mitchell Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 8:00PM Thursday and from 9:30AM until the hour of service on Friday at the funeral home.
