Loretta Garriott – Bedford
Loretta Garriott of Bedford passed away on Thursday, June 9th at St. Vincent Heart Center at the age of 71. Born in 1940 in Lawrence County to Luther and Ruby Brown, she was a waitress at Rustic Inn, the Elks Lodge and was a home health worker and was a member of the Leesville United Methodist Church. She is survived by two sons, Greg Garriott, Kevin Garriott and his wife Becky; several grandchildren; brothers, Donnie Brown and his wife Delpha, Danny Brown, Jerry Brown and his wife Kathy and Terry Brown and his wife Janice; as well as sisters, Olita McCart and Connie Scott. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Frank Brown. Graveside services will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, June 13th at Pinhook Cemetery with burial to follow. Visitation will be from 2:00PM until 6:00PM on Sunday, June 12th at the funeral home.
