Ruby B. Wagner – Bedford
Ruby B. Wagner, 86, of Bedford went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at 8:30 p.m. she was surrounded by her loving family and staff at Johnson Christian Village.
Born September 6, 1925 in Jackson County, she was the daughter of James and O’Dessie (Cummings) George. She married Robert L. Wagner on September 27, 1948 in Terre Haute and he survives.
She was employed with General Motors Powertrain for 30 years, retiring in 1979. She was a member of the Fairview Community Church and a retired member of the UAW Local 440.
Survivors include her husband Robert Wagner, of Bedford; son, Everett and wife Susan Wagner, of Bedford; grandson, Aaron and wife Kasie Wagner, of Springfield, Ill.; great grandson, Elijah Jacob Wagner, of Springfield, Ill.; sister, Catherine McClendore, of Jacksonville, Fl.; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters, Elsie Johnson, Betty Ross and Amanda LeFollette and 4 brothers, Robert, Dayton, Verlin and Elmer George.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Fisher, Bro. Lindy Hopkins and Bro. Russell Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Debra A. Todd – Heltonville
Debra A. Todd, 62, of Heltonville, passed away at 3 a.m. on Monday, February 6, 2012 at her home.
Born January 4, 1950 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Paul Fish and Joann (Stultz) Fish Horner. She married Toby Todd on February 27, 1972 and he survives. She was a bus driver with the North Lawrence Community School Corporation for 31 years. She was a member of the Mount Pleasant Christian Church and a graduate of Heltonville High School with the class of 1968. She loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Survivors include her husband Toby, of Heltonville; her mother, Joann Horner, of Bedford, two sons, Trent Todd and wife Erin, of Heltonville, Troy Todd and wife Jody, of Martinsville; five grandchildren, Grant, Graycen, Truman, Anabelle and Laney Todd; one sister, Sherry Baker and husband, Tracy of Bedford; seven nieces and nephews. Danielle Fish, Brad Baker, Time Baker, Patrick Todd, Lacey Russell, Casey Todd and Tyler Moore.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Fish and her step-father Jim Horner.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 9th at Mt. Pleasant Christian Church with Pastor Jeff Huddleston and Pastor Fred Barger officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8th at Day & Carter Mortuary from 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Thursday, February 9th at the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church.

Marvin Ross – Bedford
Marvin Ross, 62, of Bedford, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2012 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Born October 1, 1949 in Seymour, he was the son of Elmer and Betty (White) Ross. He married Joyce Randall on June 9, 1989 and she survives.
He was employed at Samco in Bedford for several years and was a member of the Bedford Moose Lodge since 1975.
Survivors include his wife Joyce; one stepson Wallace Lee Ashcraft, of Bedford, stepmother Joan Shull, of North Vernon; one grandson, Elijh James Hollis Ashcraft, at home, four brothers, Wallace Ross, of North Vernon, Delbert Ross, of Commishy, Leonard and wife Becky Ross, of Commisky, Mark and wife Wanda Ross, of Oolitic, one aunt, Vicky and husband Tom Prince, of Bedford, two uncles, Roger White and Jerry White, both of Bedford, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five uncles, one brother, Ezariah Mosier.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at noon at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, with Millard Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Greene Hill Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the service at the funeral home. Members of the Moose Lodge will conduct Memorial Rites at 11 a.m.
