Phillip D. Meadows – Bedford
Phillip D. Meadows, 51, of Bedford, passed away at 4:21 p.m. on Monday, May 7, 2012 at IU Health Bedford Hospital. Born February 14, 1961 in Bedford, he was the son of Lester and Lucille (Bartlett) Meadows.
He married Tina Meadows on October 2, 1987 and she preceded him in death on October 18, 2005. He retired from K-Mart. He was a BNL Graduate with the Class of 1978. He attended the Apostolic Faith Assembly and the First Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include his three sons, Derek and wife Heather Meadows, Nick Meadows and Joseph and wife Brittni Meadows, all of Bedford; three grandchildren, Nathaniel, Jayden and Ryley and one brother, Larry Joe Meadows, of Bedford.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, with Pastor Kenneth Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Bartlettsville Methodist Cemetery.
Friends may call on Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
