Carl Byers, 95, of Bedford, formerly of Bloomfield, passed away at 12:40 am on Friday, March 15th at his home.
Arrangements are pending at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
Marvin M. Pridemore – Greencastle
Marvin M. Pridemore, 73, of Greencastle, passed away at 6:06 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born February 27, 1940, in Mitchell, he was the son of Kirzie Holbert and Blanche (Davidson) Pridemore. He married Marilyn J. Hutchens April 11, 1963, and she preceded him in death November 7, 2004. He was a self-employed carpenter.
Survivors include, children, Kevin Pridemore, of Greencastle, Ronald Pridemore, of Reelsville, Kristy D. Mitchell, of Greencastle; 10 grandchildren; siblings, Wayne Pridemore, of Norman, Roy Pridemore, of Indianapolis, Charlie Pridemore, of Greenwood,
Stanley Pridemore, of Mooresville, Lois Johnson, of San Diego, California, Cathlene Caceara, of Chicago, Illinois, Eva Garrison, of Mitchell, Helen Ackerman, of Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; son, Roger Pridemore; and siblings, Michael R. Pridemore, Leon Pridemore, Kenneth Pridemore, Winfred Pridemore, Mary Jane Pace, James Pridemore, Clarence Pridemore, Ronald Eugene Pridemore, Henry Pridemore, Harold Dean Pridemore, Carolyn Anderson, and Juanita Pridemore.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, at Brick Chapel Cemetery.

Debra Fields Jenkins – Bedford
Debra Fields Jenkins, 56, of Bedford, passed away at 8:47 am on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital.
Born June 9, 1956 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Richard and Virginia (King) Herod. She married Billy Jenkins and he survives. She was an assistant manager at Circle K in Bedford.
Survivors include her husband, Billy, of Bedford; two daughters, Jennifer Fields and her significant other, April Deon, of Bedford and Elizabeth Neal, of Oklahoma; three sons, Michael Murphy and wife Diane, of Bedford, Jeremy Fields and wife Faye, of Noblesville and C.J. Fields, of Bedford; a step-son, Landon Jenkins, of Crawford Co., IN; two grandchildren, Jonathon Murphy and Benlee Lassley; one brother Mark Herod, of Bedford; one sister, Jamie Pemberton, of Bedford and her mother, Virginia Herod, of Bedford.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard; her grandmother, Lola Detinne; her
grandfather, Joseph King; her best friend, Jerry Fields.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm on Saturday, March 16th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be from 11 am until the hour of service on Saturday, March 16th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.

Bryan H. Allen – Bedford
Bryan H. Allen, 51, of Bedford, passed away at 12:25 am on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Garden Villa.
Born April 5, 1961 in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Herbert and Sue (Embree) Allen.
He had been employed at the LARC Center in Bedford and attended Gulletts Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his father, Herbert, of Bedford; five brothers, Mike Allen and wife, Carolyn, of FL, Mark Allen and wife, Wanda, Kevin Allen and wife, Jessica, Jeff Allen, Brad Allen and wife, Patty, all of Bedford; a sister, Carolyn Godsey and husband, Wilburn, of KY; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sue and a sister, Frances Kay Allen.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 am on Monday, March 18th at the Bartlettsville Methodist Church. Burial will follow. No visitation hours are scheduled. The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to Hospice.
