Peggy A. Reuter – Bedford
Peggy A. Reuter, 66, of Bedford, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at her residence.
Born April 7, 1946 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Charles and Mary (Anderson) Smith. She married Lyle Reuter and he survives. She retired from the Housing Authority for the City of Bedford and had been the admitting manager at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Lyle, of Bedford; a daughter, Julie Reuter of Bedford; a grandson, Kyle Ollis of Bedford.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am on Saturday, April 6th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. Dr. Kregg Burris officiating. Entombment will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 pm to 8 pm on Friday, April 5th at
the Day & Carter Mortuary.

Barbara Ann Grider – Mitchell
Barbara Ann Grider, 78, of Mitchell passed away at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at IU Health Bedford Hospital.
Born May 13, 2013, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of William Marvin and Mary Jane (Elrod) Ray. She married Don Richard Grider September 13, 1958, and he preceded her in death September 16, 1985. She was a homemaker, enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, traveling, spending time with her family, and going to the boat. Barbara attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include daughters, Kelley and husband Rick Wood, Florida, Traci Jo and husband Jon Greathouse, Huron, Kristi and husband Mike Roach, Mitchell; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother, James Ray, Mitchell
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 7, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Elder Dennis Jones and Elder Leon Myers officiating. Burial will be in Bonds Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and from 12:30 p.m. until the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
