Susan Irene (Hoffman) Diamond – Shoals
Susan Irene (Hoffman) Diamond, 48, Shoals, passed away on May 1, 2013 at 3 pm at the Memorial Hospital & Health Center in Jasper.
She was born on March 20, 1965 in Daviess County to James Hoffman and Dianna (French) Hoffman Jones. She was previously married to Darrell W. Diamond.
Susan was a graduating member of the Shoals High School Class of 1983 and graduated from Indiana Business College in Vincennes. She was a member of the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Loogootee. She was a homemaker and a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
She is survived by, daughter, Rachel Lane and Matt Way, of Shoals; son, Tanner W. Diamond, of Shoals; one grandson, Kance Hoffman, of Shoals; mother and stepfather, Donald and Dianne Jones, of Shoals; sister, Connie and Dan Roush, of Shoals; two nephews and a niece.
She is preceded in death by her father, James Hoffman on November 17, 1997 and her daughter, Lacy Nicole Diamond on May 5, 2006.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 1 pm to 7 pm at the Queen-Lee Funeral Homes in Shoals. The funeral will be held on Monday at 1 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

Betty Alice Reynolds – Mitchell
Betty Alice Reynolds, 79, of Mitchell, passed away at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday at Mitchell Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center.
Born February 27, 1934, in Malden, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Harry C. and Alice C. (Wing) Wood. She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1954. Betty married Billy A. Reynolds May 28, 1958, and he preceded her in death December 22, 1998. She was a homemaker and a lifetime member of the Mitchell Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include her brothers, David Wood, Mitchell, James Wood, Mitchell
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Funeral service will be at 1p.m. Saturday, May 4, at Haverly Funeral Chapel & Cremation with Pastor Matt Moore and Pastor Kelly Carson officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
