David W. Roberts – Bedford
David W. Roberts, 31, of Bedford, passed away at 11:47 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, in Greene County, IN, in an automobile accident.
Born September 11, 1982, he is the son of Theresa Roberts. He married Kristie Hitchcox on May 7, 2005; and she survives.
He was a laborer at Metal Technologies in Bloomfield, IN. He enjoyed four-wheeler riding, target shooting, and was an avid sports fan.
Surviving are his wife, Kristie Roberts, of Bedford, IN; his mother, Theresa Roberts, of Fort Ritner, IN; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Larry and Tonia Hitchcox, of Bedford, IN; one sister-in-law, Marcie (Chad) Turner, of Bedford, IN; two nephews, Xaiver and Blaize; and several cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Roberts.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2013, at Dive Cemetery, with Pastor Billy Brim officiating. Friends may call on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home.
