Mary Teegen Frazier – Mitchell
Mary Teegen Frazier, 85, of Mitchell, went home to be with her Lord at 10:20 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2015, at StoneBridge Health Campus in Bedford.
Born December 10, 1929, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of William Clyde and Harriet (Mann) Brown. She married Kenneth Wallace Teegen July 6, 1953, and he preceded her in death November 16, 1958. Her second marriage was to Eugene Frazier April 4, 1996, and he preceded her in death July 2, 2001. Mary had been employed at Woolworth’s and served as meter maid for the City of Bedford. She retired as manager of Camelot Court in Mitchell and Orleans. She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1948, and was a member of Englewood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Kenneth (Shirley) Teegen, Mitchell; grandsons, Leif Aaron (Deanna) Teegen, Noblesville, John Wesley (Alex)Teegan, Indianapolis; great grandsons, Ethan Teegen and Noah Westover; stepchildren, Paula Caudell, Ron Frazier, Don Frazier, Gene Allen Frazier; sisters, Barbara Beeler, Mitchell, Ruth J. Pace, Greenwood, Carolyn S. McGrath, Loogootee; nieces and nephews, Randy Beeler, Greg Brown, Rudy Brown, Bobby Brown, Jim Beasley, Jerry Beasley, Joe Beasley, Cindy Miller, Tammy Pace and Jan Quillen
Her parents; husbands; brothers, John Lewis Brown and Robert James Brown; and nephew, Mike Brown, preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Friday, May 1, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor David Ferry and Pastor Gary Thomas officiating. Friends may call from 4 p.m. until the service on Friday at the funeral home. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 2, at Green Hill Cemetery.

Erma J. Hendricks Burton – Bedford
Erma J. Hendricks Burton, 83, of Bedford, died peacefully at 2:36 pm on Monday, April 27, 2015 at I. U. Health Bedford Hospital.
Born October 6, 1931 in Dugger, IN, she was the daughter of Ives E. and Dorval (Sipes) Hendricks. She retired as a home health caregiver and had worked for RCA and Sarkes-Tarzian in Bloomington. Erma was a loving caring mother to her five children and her grandchildren. She loved her flower garden and sewing for her family.
Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Hoshaw and husband, Bud, of Florida, Debbie Burton of Bedford and Alice Herrington and husband, Gary, of Bradenton, FL; two sons, Thomas and William Burton both of Bedford; sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Bill Hendricks; three sisters, Zella Campbell, Donna Moore and Maxine Hendricks.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 pm on Saturday, May 2nd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Visitation will be from Noon until the hour of service on Saturday, May 2nd at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
