Wesley J. Miller – Bloomington

Wesley J. Miller, 43, of Bloomington, died at 2:13 pm on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at his residence.
Born July 8, 1972 in Phoenix, AZ, he was the son of Clarence K. Miller and wife, Betty, and the late, Marie O. (Romero) Bacolas. He was employed at NAPA Auto Parts in Bloomington. He was an organ transplant survivor for nearly ten years.
Survivors include his father, Clarence “Chuck” Miller and wife, Betty, of Bedford; two sisters, Pearl M Burch and husband, Rich, of Phoenix, AZ and Mandy Colvin, of Bedford; a brother, Randy Skeen, Jr., of Bedford; three nephews, Josh Burch, Johnny Mirs both of Phoenix, AZ and Riley Skeen, of Bedford; three nieces, Addi Colvin, Alannah and Kennedy Skeen, all of Bedford; several aunts and uncles; grandmother, Wanda Lintz, of Orleans.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Bacolas and his grandparents, Dr. Glenn Miller and wife, Margie, and grandfather, Roy Lintz.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. The family would like to thank NAPA and his supervisor, Melchor, for the special consideration shown to Wesley.

T. J. Shoop, 90, of Mitchell, passed away at 3 p.m. Sunday, August 9, at Garden Villa in Bedford.

Donald Joseph Qualkenbush – Bedford
August 10, 1935 – August 7, 2015
Donald Joseph Qualkenbush, 79,of Bedford, passed away at Garden Villa Nursing Home in Bedford on August 7, 2015.
Born in Martin County, Indiana on August 10, 1935 he was the son of Henderson and Mary (Blackwell) Qualkenbush.
He is survived by one sister Margie Lynch of Williams; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Proceeding him in death were his parents, sisters Theresa Cox and Betty Abel; brothers Fred and Johnny qualkenbush; nieces Carolyn Davis and Judy Cox and nephews Phil and Gary Lynch.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. till 4 p.m. on Monday, August 10 at the Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
