Kelly Lynn Guthrie, 50, of Arlington, TX, formerly of Bedford, died Friday, November 6, 2015 at her residence.
Born December 27, 1964, in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Larry Guthrie and Linda (Earl) Smith. She had worked in the medical field. She was a member of the Clearcreek Christian Church in Bloomington and attended the Grace Community Church in Arlington, TX.
Survivors include her parents, Larry Guthrie of Bedford and Linda Earl Smith and step-father, Lew Smith, of Arlington, Texas; two sons, Joshua Rush, of Arlington, Texas and Christopher Stevens, of Bloomington; a brother, Brent Guthrie, of Arlington, Texas; a step-brother, Lewis Smith, II, of Illinois; a grandson, Dalton Stevens of Bloomington; an aunt and uncle, Kay and Tom Shirley and several cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 12th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bro. Trent Freed officiating. Burial will follow in the Hopkins Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
