Norma Lucille (Ashcraft) Heisler-Springville

Norma Lucille (Ashcraft) Heisler, 87, of Springville, originally of Hammond, IN, died at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital.
Born August 24, 1929 in Whiting, IN, she was the daughter of Wilfred and Madge (Osborn) Ashcraft. She married Donald F. Heisler on February 14, 1990 and he survives. She was a loan officer and teller for Mercantile Bank. Norma was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, was an avid roller skater, line dancer and a friend to everyone.
Survivors include, her husband Donald, two daughters, Beverly Loomis and husband, Terry of Chesterton, IN, Kathy Bauser of Owensburg, a stepson, Donald S. Heisler of Tinley, IL, a stepdaughter, Denise Heisler of Minooka, IL, grandchildren, Tammy LaHayne, Kathy Downey, Rachel Pozza, Glenna Selsor, Dr. Holly Bauser-Heaton, Glen Bauser, Jr., step grandchildren, Trinity Heisler, Gage Heisler and Miah Heisler, ten great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, One sister, Ruby Helm, one brother, Jack Ashcraft and a son-in- law, Glen Bauser.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday, September 24, 2016 in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day and Carter Mortuary with Pastor Mark Hafenbreidel. Burial will follow in Owensburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service on Saturday.
