Theresa “Terry” (Hanners) Beedie – Heltonville

Theresa “Terry” (Hanners) Beedie, 70, of Heltonville, died at 8:10 pm on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at I.U. Health Hospice House in Bloomington.
Born September 24, 1946 in Bedford, she was the daughter of James L. and Edna (Brown) Hanners. She married Clarence A. “Bud” Beedie on April 5, 1969 and he preceded her in death on February 1, 2008. She was a homemaker and a member of the Dive Christian Church. She was a member of the Leesville Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, and the John Wallace Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a very devoted mother and grandmother whose family was her life.
Survivors include a son, Jamison Alexander Beedie and wife, Heather, of Heltonville; five grandchildren, Devon Paige, Kailee Adair, Trinity Lauren, Cara Grace, and Sophia Mae Beedie; a brother, Sam Hanners, of Williams; a sister, Sandra “Sis” Lindsey, of Ormond Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, Leonard, Lionoel, and Jim Hanners; three sisters, Barbara June Anderson, Becky Guilkey, and Twanette “Pooch” Reed.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 8th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Johnny Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the hour of service on Saturday, October 8th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.

Roberta Jean Huber – Mitchell
Roberta Jean Huber, 59, of Mitchell, passed away at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2016, at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born March 1, 1957, in Radcliff, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Leroy and Doris Jean (Cox) Huber. Roberta was a homemaker and a member of the Orleans Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include her children, Candace McFarland of Orleans, Bruce Smith of Ironton, Ohio, Chris Smith of Columbus, Ohio, John Mitchell of Orleans, Corey Satcher of South Carolina, Samantha Sweeney of South Carolina, Kimberly Pridemore of Mitchell; father, Leroy Huber of Ironton, Ohio; several grandchildren; siblings, Leroy Huber of West Virginia, Yvonne Ho of Washington, Teresa Jewell of Cincinnati
Her mother and sister, Debbie Huber, preceded her in death.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, October 7, at Mitchell Cemetery with Reverend Mike Hester officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Friday at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
