Jacob Patrick (Cullen) Schane, 4, of Danville, died Monday, November 13, 2017 at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
Born July 20, 2013 in Hendricks Co., he was the son of Alyssa Cullen.
Survivors include his mother, Alyssa Cullen, of Danville, IN; a sister, Maiya Schane, at home; maternal grandparents, Dave Cullen, of Fishers, IL and Lynn Gard, of Indianapolis, IN; great grandmother, Marilyn Logsdon, of Bedford, IN.
Our precious baby boy, Jacob, whose glistening eyes, endless curiosity, and growing intelligence never ceased to amaze us. We will always remember and love you. Jacob will forever live in our hearts. Play in Heaven with the angels until we meet again.
Private visitation and services are planned. Burial will be in the Green Hill Cemetery.
