Kevin Dean Pace – Bedford
February 3, 1965 – February 24, 2018
Kevin Dean Pace, 53, of Bedford, died at 9:22 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born February 3, 1965 in Bedford, he was the son of Roy and Mary Jane (Kanis) Pace. He married Wandajoe Payne on July 30, 2005 and she survives. He was a maintenance worker and member of Meadows Community Church. He loved restoring cars, bringing them back to life and was an avid Raiders fan.
Survivors include his wife, Wandajoe, of Bedford; a son, Christopher Daniels, of Bedford; a daughter, Misty Daniels, of Bedford; three grandchildren, Dathan Ray Moody, Deondre Daniels, and Alayziah Daniels; three dogs, Molly, Lady Bug, and Mad Max; two brothers, Jeffrey Pace, of Clarksville, MD, and Karl Pace, of Fontain, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents, aunt Nancy Pace, grandma and grandpa Pace.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 2nd in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastors Bob Courson, Max Cain, and Randy Baker officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 1st and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday, at the Day & Carter Mortuary.

Wanda June Holt – Bedford

Wanda June Holt, 75, of Bedford, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018, at Mitchell Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center.
Born November 29, 1942, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Carl and Lucille (Hopkins) Leatherman.
Wanda had been employed at Dana Corporation and was a member of the First Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Mitchell.
Survivors include her children, Johnny Wayne (Tammy) Holt of Shoals, Sandra (Mathew) Deckard of Bedford; grandchildren, Eric (Carla) Holt of Shoals, Holli Holt of Shoals, Daniel (Haley) Holt of Bedford, Courtney June Brown of South Carolina, Autumn Jones of Bedford, Jessica Huff, Devin Jones; great grandchildren, Jace and Aubri Holt of Orleans, Cheylee Jones of Bedford, Zayden Turner of Bedford, Chloe Holt, Clarissa Holt and Gracelee Holt of Shoals
Emma and Mikah McCowan, Hannah Nelson of Shoals, River Clark of Shoals
Her parents and children, Bobetta Jean Leatherman and Kenneth Ray Holt, Jr., preceded her in death.
Cremation was chosen with burial at a later date in Lawrenceport Cemetery.

Ruth Ann Willyard – Loogootee
April 25, 1942 – February 23, 2018
Ruth Ann Willyard, 75, of Loogootee, passed away at 3:04 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2018 at Mitchell Manor.
She was born April, 25, 1942 in Martin County to John and Pauline (Denn) Sanders. She married Donald Willyard on November 12, 1977 and he preceded her in death on May 16, 2017.
She was a member of the Loogootee Christian Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, George Payne and wife Darlene, of Loogootee; daughter-in-law Lois Payne, of Shoals; son-in-law Rick Stevens, of French Lick; brothers Jerry Sanders and wife Kay, of Shoals, Terry Sanders, of Virginia; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers John Sanders, Steve Sanders, Ronnie Sanders, twin brother in infancy, son Charles Payen, step-daughter Donna Stevens and great-grandson Roland Wilson/
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Queen-Lee Chapel of the THorne-George Family Funeral Homes in Shoals with Pastor Ed Frost officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
