(UNDATED) – President Donald J. Trump has ordered the American Flag and all state and territory flags to fly at half-staff in honor of former Representative John David Dingell, Jr., the longest-serving member of Congress in our Nation’s history.
Flags are to be lowered immediately until sunset, Saturday, February 9, 2019.
