(DAVIESS CO.) – The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Worthington man Friday on charges of disorderly conduct, battery on a law enforcement officer, and criminal recklessness.
Deputies arrested 34-year-old Eli Swartzentruber. He is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police arrested 34-year-old Anna Russell, of Washington, Friday on charges of disorderly conduct and residential entry. She is being held without bond.
A traffic stop at just after 1 p.m. Friday resulted in 3 arrests. Washington Police arrested 46-year-old Lester Brummett, of Loogootee, on charges of possession of meth, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and driving while his driver’s license was suspended with a prior conviction. He was released from jail after posting a $2,500 bond.
His passengers were also arrested 45-year-old David Stoll and 24-year-old Austin Collins both of Washington, on charges of possession of meth and possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance.
Stoll was released from jail after posting a $2,500 bond. Collins is being held without bond.
Indiana State Police arrested 31-year-old Jordan Burch, of Loogootee, Friday on a warrant for failure to appear in Court for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangerment, OWI, driving while his driver’s license was suspended and visiting a common nuisance. He was released from jail after posting a $2,500 bond.
Odon Police arrested 23-year-old Nickolas Gaines, of Elnora, Friday on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Gaines is being held without bond.
