(CARROLL CO.) – Deputies in Carroll County believe a man who was throwing firework out of his SUV was driving either drunk or on drugs.
A deputy said he saw 33-year-old Isaac Dodds of Lafayette throw something out of the SUV on the Hoosier Heartland Highway, about 11 a.m. Tuesday.
When that item exploded, the deputy pulled the man over and arrested him and his passenger, 46-year-old Kelly Cook of Lafayette. They were both charged with drug possession and Dodds was charged with OWI.
