(FORT WAYNE) – The Allen County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating an incident involving Allen County Sheriff David Gladiuex Tuesday night at the Three Rivers Festival in downtown Fort Wayne.
Fort Wayne Police Department Public Information Officer Sofia Rosales-Scatena tells WOWO News that officers were called to the festival Tuesday night.
Other than that, she wouldn’t say anything more, except that the case has been turned over to the Allen County Prosecutor’s office for review. According to witnesses, Gladieux was part of a scuffle that also involved a teenage Three Rivers Festival volunteer, who suffered minor injuries.
The prosecutor’s office confirmed the case is under investigation and that the Indiana State Police are now involved, but had no further comment. Festival officials would not comment on the situation either.
