(WASHINGTON) – Trevin Alford, 12, of Washington, not only advanced in the first episode of the Kids Baking Championship of the Food Network, but he won the apron for his star baking performance.
The show “Splatter-up”, hosted by Valerie Bertinelli and Duff Goldman, challenged the nine young bakers to be creative and colorful – the brighter and crazier the better.
Trevin won with his red velvet cake.
