(BARTHOLOMEW CO.) – INDOT contractor E&B Paving Inc. will close ramps to and from I-65 at Exit 64 (S.R. 58/Walesboro) in Bartholomew County next week for ramp resurfacing.
Crews will begin with milling on the northbound and southbound entrance and exit ramps, followed by paving. Ramp closures are scheduled from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. each day.
- Monday, September 23: S.R. 58 ramps to/from I-65 NB (milling)
- Tuesday, September 24: S.R. 58 ramps to/from I-65 SB (milling)
- Wednesday, September 25: S.R. 58 ramps to/from I-65 NB (paving)
- Thursday, September 26: S.R. 58 ramps to/from I-65 SB (paving)
Ramp resurfacing is part of the $143 million added travel lanes and reconstruction project on I-65 between Seymour and Columbus that began last year. The project is scheduled to be complete by August 2020.
All work is weather permitting.
