(BLOOMINGTON) – Stonecroft Health Campus in Bloomington would like to invite community members to attend their Memories Matter series event on Monday, November 11th from 4:30 p.m. until 6 p.m.
Attendees of this free event will enjoy a presentation from James Lee Hutchinson – a decorated veteran of World War II, and the author of many World War II publications.
Hutchinson is a retired educator and native of Bedford. Hutchinson has been honored by city, state, and national officials for his military service, books, and preservation of the Greatest Generation’s history.
Free refreshments and beverages will be served.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the campus’ Memory Care neighborhood following the presentation.
“We’re truly honored that Mr. Hutchinson chose to visit our community this veteran’s day,” commented Executive Director Nikki Gee. “As a man who has dedicated his life towards the preservation of the past, we’re eager to hear what Mr. Hutchinson has to say to our residents and community members.”
