Amel Dee Robertson, 59, of Williams, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019, at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born January 21, 1960, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Donald Earl and Betty June (Tolbert) Robertson. Amel had been employed at Indiana Limestone and Mitchell Transport. He loved fishing, mushroom hunting, John Deere, and enjoyed going to truck shows. Amel was a 1978 graduate of Mitchell High School.
Survivors include his children, Ben Robertson of Bedford, Heather Laster of Bedford, Amy Robertson of Williams;Â 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; brothers, Larry Robertson of Fayetteville, Jerry Robertson of Bedford, Donald and Albert Robertson of Mitchell.
His parents preceded him in death.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday, December 5th, at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
