Wanda Elaine McKee, 68, of Mitchell, passed away Monday, December 16, 2019, at Indiana University Health Hospice House in Bloomington.
Born May 19, 1951, in Muscatine, Iowa, she was the daughter of Junior Lee and Charlotte Ella Loraine (Stevens) McKee.
Wanda had been employed for 17 years at Burger King. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed gardening and yard work.Â
Survivors include her sons, Stephen Dean (Jessica) Jaggers, Jr. of Mitchell, Edward Russell Maxwell (Kammy) Jaggers of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Sabastian Dean Jaggers, Andréa Renee Jaggers, Sabrina Paige Jaggers, Serenity Rainn Jaggers, and Daiquiri Joseph-Lee Jaggers; brothers, James L. McKee of Mississippi, Curtis McKee of Bedford and Steven Trent Rottet of Indiana
Her parents and brothers, David Mel McKee and Bruce Dale McKee preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, December 20th, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Joe Soeder officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from Noon until the service on Friday at the funeral home.
