(UNDATED) – Employers interested in applying for the 2020 program may now create accounts in preparation for the program’s launch on January 31.
The HIRE Vets Medallion Award Program is the only federal award program that recognizes employers who recruit, retain, and employ veterans. Over 400 employers were recognized in 2019 for their commitment to recruiting, employing, and retaining America’s veterans, and you could join them in 2020!
The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is based on a number of criteria, ranging from veteran hiring and retention to providing veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, dedicated human resources, and compensation and tuition assistance programs – with requirements varying for large, medium, and small employers.
