(BEDFORD) – A Bedford man was arrested after he caused a disturbance at Steak N Shake Sunday afternoon.
Bedford Officers responded to find 42-year-old Brian Lake sitting inside his vehicle drinking and throwing empty alcohol bottles in the parking lot.
“Lake showed all the signs of intoxication,” said Chief Terry Moore. “Inside the vehicle officers located more bottles of alcohol that matched the ones found in the parking lot.”
Due to his level of intoxication, Lake was arrested on charges of public intoxication and littering.
