(BEDFORD) – A Bedford woman was arrested early Friday morning after Bedford Police officers were called to St. Vincent Dunn Hospital emergency room after a report of a possible intoxicated woman causing a disturbance.
When police arrived they found 19-year-old Ann Tipton being verbally abusive toward staff and she then became aggressive with the officers.
Tipton was asked several times to calm down and stop yelling but she refused.
She was arrested on charges public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
