(BEDFORD) – A Bedford woman was arrested after Bedford Police were called to Walmart on Monday night.
“Officers were requested to Walmart by a loss prevention employee,” said Chief Terry Moore. “The employee told officers they noticed 30-year-old Megan Moore walk into the store and started watching her because they believed Moore had stolen items from the store before.”
After selecting several items Moore proceeded to the self check out register where she skipped scanning several items.
“She then passed all points of sale and was stopped,” says Chief Moore. “While speaking with Megan officers located meth and a syringe.”
Moore was arrested on charges of possession of meth, unlawful possession of a syringe and theft.
