Cathey Smith, 54, of Avoca, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born June 6, 1965, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Wayne and Linda (Lintz) Sullivan. She had worked at Jay-C Store before becoming disabled. She attended the Bedford First Assembly.
Survivors include her parents, Wayne and Linda Sullivan, of Avoca; a daughter, Aavena Smith; a brother, Wayne Sullivan, II; two sisters, Diana Patton and Carol Webb and husband, David; a niece, Layken Patton and her children, Edysen Irwin and Aurora Patton.
She was preceded in death by a nephew, Jeremiah Webb.
Private graveside services will be conducted on Friday, February 21 st at the Springville Christian Cemetery with Pastor Bill McKee officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday, at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
