(BEDFORD) – Garden Villa is restricting visits at the facility effective immediately in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak.
In a Facebook post officials wrote:
“Our utmost concern and priority is to provide a safe and healthy environment for our residents. Therefore, we need your cooperation and understanding now and going forward, as we all try to navigate through this everchanging COVID-19 virus.
Effective immediately, Garden Villa is temporarily limiting ALL outside visitors with the exception of rare circumstances, such as immediate family members in the end of life situations or when it is medically necessary to our resident. During this time please consider alternate methods of communication such as telephone, email, text, video chat, or social media.
We are posting signs to notify visitors of the policy and actively screening individuals, including staff, who need to come into the building.
