Herschell Mitchell Keithley, 69, of Springville, passed away peacefully Monday, April 13 at home with his family and his fur baby, Angel.
Born September 6, 1950, to Max Keithley and Dorothy (Davis) Keithley. He married Zella Sue who preceded him in death. He was a retired Over The Road truck driver and a garden enthusiast.
He is survived by his children; Landon Keithley, Melissa (Keithley) Shake, Christy (Edward) Burns and Tony (Storm) White; grandchildren, Mariah Wilson, Mason Wilson, Emmayln Keithley, Jasper Keithley, Cory (Cheyenne) Caudill, Keisha Ritcher, James White, Brandon White, Jasmine White; great-grandson Arthur James White; siblings, Marion Ely, Diana Lee, and Brian Keithley; several nieces and nephews.
Mitch’s wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
