(UNDATED) – In response to changing circumstances and priorities related to COVID-19, Regional Opportunity Initiatives has extended the timeline for the third round of Ready Communities grants.
Letters of Intent can be submitted anytime between now and June 1st. Up to $1.14 million in grant dollars is available to advance quality of place and workforce attraction in the 11 counties of the Indiana Uplands.
Updated Ready Communities Round 3 Grant Timeline:
- June 1: Deadline to Submit Letter of Intent
- June 29: ROI Invites Candidates to Apply for Grants
- Aug 7: Grant Application Deadline
- September: Grants Awarded
Up to $1.14 million in grant dollars is available in Round 3 to advance quality of place and workforce attraction in the 11 counties of the Indiana Uplands.
Interested applicants are asked to submit a two-page (maximum) letter of intent via ROI’s grant portal anytime between now and June 1st. Letters of Intent will be reviewed for alignment with eligibility, criteria, quality, and anticipated outcomes. A select number of applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal. The applications will then be reviewed and evaluated. Finalists may be asked to make a presentation to the evaluation committee.
