Evelyn M. Earl, age 85, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020, at the Loogootee Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Loogootee.
She was born January 24, 1935, in Marion, North Carolina, the daughter of Robert R. and Georgia (Moore) Elliott. She married William L. Earl on March 22, 1952, and he died on October 26, 2002.
She was of the Protestant Faith. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. She had worked at Loogootee Textile, Crane Depot, and 28 years in the Martin County Courthouse.
She is survived by a son, Terry L. Earl of Shoals; a granddaughter, Julia S. Earl; two great-granddaughters, Avery Paige Troxel and Naylen Dosch; two great-grandsons, Tristan B. Earl and Brandon Neiswanger; and one half-sister Karen Agnello of Michigan.
She is preceded in death by her husband William L. Earl, grandson, Jeffrey Scott Earls, two brothers, Jerry and Clifford Elliott, and her parents.
Private services will be held for the family with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
The Queen-Lee Chapel of The Thorne-George Family Funeral is in charge of the arrangements.
